SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Application Center Test, when you try to add multiple instances of a system process under the Process object, multiple identical instances of the system process name appear, instead of the individual system process names. For example, you see the following list:
Process Name
Process Name
Process Name
However, the list should appear as the following:
Process Name 1
Process Name 2
Process Name 3
If you select all the processes, you still see only one system process name.
RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2002 service pack that contains this hotfix.
