SYMPTOMS
When you try to upload more than 64 megabytes (MB) of data in a POST request to a Web site, and if you have NTLM authentication turned on, you receive an HTTP 500 error message from Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS).
If the IIS log for the Web site is also configured to include the Win32 status code, the following Win32 status code of 10055 is listed in the log:
An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because a Windows Server 2000 limitation causes the server to run out of non-paged pooled memory.
