SYMPTOMS
When you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 for Microsoft Windows CE to visit a Web page that contains images, the memory usage on the device may increase. Additionally, you cannot recover this memory until you quit Internet Explorer.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the WiniInet component creates a new thread while it is loading an image and does not close the thread handle.
