SYMPTOMS

When you print from a Microsoft Office XP program with an Image Color Matching (ICM) profile to a color printer, you notice no difference in the printed color output than when you print without ICM.

Note You may also experience this problem when you use newer HP printer drivers to display similar color output that was possible with older HP printer drivers.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because changes in the ICM profile are being ignored.

RESOLUTION
