SYMPTOMS
When you compare and merge two documents, cross-reference fields in the resulting document may show as zero (0). You see the zero values when you print the resulting document or you view the document in Print Preview.
Note After you print your compared document or you close Print Preview, the cross-reference fields still have the zero values.
CAUSE
This behavior may occur when you click to select the Legal blackline check box when you compare and merge the documents.
RESOLUTION
