SYMPTOMS
On your Windows 2000-based system, you may experience any of the following symptoms:

CAUSE
This issue may occur if there is a synchronization problem that permits a device object that is maintained by the Cluster Disk Driver (ClusDisk.sys) to be set to a NULL value and then reused on a separately running thread. This condition may occur if the Cluster Service issues a Disk Reserve operation at the same time that the Plug and Play Manager component is servicing a removal event.
