SYMPTOMS
If you open a TELNET session to a UNIX system, and then you use the UNIX vi editor to open a text file, you may not be able to scroll through the text file correctly. Specifically, you can scroll through only one line of text in the text file.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if you are using the Japanese version of Windows 2000.
