SYMPTOMS

When you perform a mail merge in Word 2002, blank lines may not be suppressed in your merged document.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if you use an Includetext field as part of a conditional field in your main document that includes the merge fields that you want to use in your mail merge.

STATUS
