SYMPTOMS
When Microsoft Windows 2000 Server automatically updates its clock to the appropriate daylight saving time setting, the Available from time for any printers on the server is also adjusted by 1 hour, either forward or backward depending on the season (spring or fall).

WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, set the Available from time back to the correct time range:
- Log on to the computer as Administrator or as a member of the Administrators group.
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
- Right-click the printer with the incorrect available time range.
- Click Properties.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Set the Available from time range.
- Click OK.
