SYMPTOMS
When you use a Performance View in the Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2000 Administrator Console to view performance data, you may receive the following message many times until the query is completed:

When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.

This hotfix replaces the server busy dialog with an hourglass pointer. The hourglass pointer indicates that the query is processing data.
