SYMPTOMS

The Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server information store may quit unexpectedly or generate a Dr. Watson access violation during deep folder traversal. When you review the User.dmp or the Drwtsn32.log files, you may determine that the information store (Store.exe) is looping in the store!EcLoopOverChildren() function.
