SYMPTOMS
If you use Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) macros to insert attachments in a Rich Text Format (RTF) e-mail message, the icon of one of the attachments may be blank. The attachment may have no caption text.
This problem may occur in the following scenario:
- You use a macro to insert two or more attachments in an RTF e-mail message.
- You move one of the attachments to a different position in the message body.
- You use another VBA macro to insert another attachment.
The icon of the attachment that you insert in step 3 is blank. The icon is missing its caption text
