SYMPTOMS
When you remove the Universal Serial Bus (USB) in Device Manager, and then reinstall it, you may have to restart the computer.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if you remove and reinstall USB version 1.1, and you also have USB version 2 installed on your computer.
