This Support WebCast will provide information about how to create custom installation packages that include Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine (MSDE) by using merge modules or MSDE prepackaged Windows Installer files. This WebCast will also talk about the methods you can you to apply service packs to an existing installation.
This is a Level 200 session that will be presented by Jerome Halmans and Thomas Carey Jr.
Jerome Halmans is a SQL Server support professional and has been with Microsoft for three years. Jerome is an MCDBA, and was a Database Administrator and Developer before joining Microsoft.
Thomas Carey Jr. is a SQL Server support professional and has been with Microsoft for two and one-half years. Tom is an MCSE and MCDBA, and was a Database Administrator and System Administrator before joining Microsoft.
