SYMPTOMS
On a domain controller that is acting as a primary domain controller emulator, the Services.exe process may randomly quit with a status code 128, and then a countdown starts that eventually restarts the server.
This problem appears to occur only on the domain controller that is acting as a primary domain controller emulator.
