SYMPTOMS
After you create a recurrent appointment in Microsoft Outlook 2002, the appointment Start time may change from A.M. to P.M.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if either of the following conditions are true:
- When you change the Start time of the appointment to occur before the Calendar work week Start time, and you make any other change in the recurrent appointment or when you click OK.
- When you change the Calendar work week Start time to an earlier start time.
RESOLUTION

Recurrent Appointment Start Time
To change a recurrent appointment Start time, follow these steps:
- Open your Calendar in Outlook 2002.
- Right-click the recurrent appointment that you want to change, and then click Edit Series.
- On the Standard toolbar, click Recurrence.
- In the Appointment time section, change the Start box.
Calendar Work Week Start Time
To change the Calendar work week Start time, follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Preferences tab, click Calendar Options.
- In the Calendar work week section, change the time in the Start time box.
