SYMPTOMS
You use Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) to post a message to a public folder. The public folder exists on a server that is running either Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server or Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. When you log on to Microsoft Outlook Express, you cannot view the message that you posted to the public folder.
