SYMPTOMS

When you try to print from a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based computer to a shared printer on a Windows 2000-based computer, you may receive the following error message (on a blue screen) on the Windows 2000-based computer:

CAUSE

This problem may occur if the Windows 2000-based computer is using the Unidrv4.dll Universal Print Driver file. A coding error in the Unidrv4.dll file triggers a recursive loop between Unidrv4.dll and the Win32k.sys file.
