SYMPTOMS
After you install Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3) on a domain controller, you may notice that the Printer Operators group is not listed in the Access Control List (ACL) of the Terminal Server redirected print queue. Instead, you may notice that the Power Users group is listed in the ACL of the Terminal Server redirected print queue.

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.
