SYMPTOMS
The Categorization Queue Length counter under the SMTP Server object in Performance Monitor may show an incorrect number of messages in the queue.
CAUSE
This problem occurs if messages that have expired from the "Messages awaiting directory lookup" queue are not correctly decremented from the Categorization Queue Length counter.
