Session Summary

This Support WebCast session will discuss migration, coexistence, and real-world deployments of Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 (code named Titanium). The session will include details about Exchange Server 5.5, Exchange Server 2000, and Exchange Server 2003. Microsoft Metadirectory Services (MMS) 3.0 for multiple directories (both Microsoft and non-Microsoft) will be discussed. The session will also include a decision matrix and a step-by-step overview for upgrading or migrating users to Exchange 2003.

This is a Level 300 session that was recorded February 12, 2003 and presented by Charlie Chung. Charlie Chung is the Exchange Deployment Program Manager in the Exchange Product Group. He has been focused on improving the customer's deployment experience of Exchange Server and helping to identify and address the blocking issues that they may experience. Previous to that, Charlie worked with the Exchange Product Group and Product Support Services to drive fixes for the top customer issues in Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000.
