Session Summary
This Support WebCast provides information that will help you if you have a crash (system or program failure) while you are using Microsoft Windows XP. The session will teach you how to decide if your product is coded correctly so that users can report crashes, if they occur. The WebCast will tell you what happens to the data you submitted and how to access the data that pertains to your product. This Windows Error Reporting presentation has the information you require.
This is a Level 200 session that was recorded February 13, 2003 and presented by Sandy Weil. Sandy Weil is a Program Manager for Windows Error Reporting in the Windows Division. He has been with Microsoft for 11 1/2 years. He started in Product Support Services supporting Word for Windows 2.0 on CompuServe, joined a start-up group that eventually created TechNet, trained the international subsidiaries to start their own MSN.com portals, and brought all the MSN Web sites together to share technology and use the same UI to become a cohesive online group. He is the release manager for MSN Internet Access and the PCHealth feature set.
