SYMPTOMS
Solutions that are based on BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet sometimes exchange signed and encrypted messages with RosettaNet solutions that are not based on BizTalk Server Accelerator. When you use a RosettaNet solution that is not based on BizTalk Server Accelerator, the solution may not be able to verify the signature of a BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet message.
CAUSE
Verification of the message signature may be unsuccessful because solutions that are based on BizTalk Server Accelerator calculate the message digest differently from solutions that are not based on BizTalk Server Accelerator.
RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that this article describes. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.

The English version of this fix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
