This Support WebCast session will examine some of the best practices that you can use to keep your Microsoft Windows XP system up-to-date, make sure that it runs smoothly, and that it can be easily recovered. Specific topics will include Backup and Automatic System Recovery, System Restore, antivirus products, firewalls, Windows Update, and Automatic Updates.

William Keener is currently a Technical Writer for Internet Explorer in the PSS Global Service Automation Group. He was previously a Technical Lead for both Internet Explorer 6 and Windows XP in PSS Service Delivery.
