FIX: TCHAR Size Is Not Handled Correctly in MFC Dbcore.cpp

SYMPTOMS

The Unicode version of a Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) application may not be able to update the contents of any ODBC database. The CRecordset::Update function may fail and throw a CDBException exception error.

RESOLUTION

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
