Session Summary

This Support WebCast will discuss how to install and configure Active Directory Connector for Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. This session will discuss how to prepare the Exchange 5.5 organization and Active Directory before you install Active Directory Connector. The WebCast will also talk about some of the issues that you may face if you do not adequately prepare the environment before you install Active Directory Connector. The session will discuss the configuration of the Recipient Connection Agreement and the Public Folder Connection Agreement, and also talk about basic troubleshooting of Active Directory Connector.

Lynne Williams joined Microsoft as a Support Professional in the Small Business Server Group in May 1999. She has been with Enterprise Messaging Support since March 2001. Lynne initially focused on Exchange 2000 Setup and Advisory Services and recently transitioned to the Exchange Admin business.

Allen Mock joined Microsoft as a Support Professional on the Exchange Admin team in September 2000, and became a Technical Lead for that team in March 2002. Currently Allen is on the Exchange 2003 Extended Beta Support team.

Judy MacCallum joined Microsoft in 1997. Since then, she has supported Exchange Server 4.0, 5.0, 5.5, and Exchange 2000. Judy was involved in generating and delivering Exchange 2000 training to Microsoft Support Professionals before Exchange 2000 was released. She specialized in Exchange 2000 installation and setup, and is currently a Support Professional on the Exchange 2000 Admin Team.
