MORE INFORMATION

White space (^w) is defined by one or more spaces (including non-breaking spaces) and tabs.

A question mark (?) can be used to find different words with similar spellings. For example, "Anders?n" will find both "Andersen" and "Anderson".

To find any white space, punctuation, and numbers between words, do the following:

  1. On the Edit menu, click Replace.
  2. In the Find What text box, enter a question mark.
  3. In Works for Windows 95, select the Find Whole Words Only check box.

In Works 3.0, select the Match Whole Word Only check box.
