Summary:
PROBLEM ID: PRSQL9103051
SYMPTOM A user that is aliased as a database owner (DBO) in a database does not get access to privileged SAF menu options (they are dimmed). However, the aliased user can execute stored procedures that require DBO privileges.
STATUS Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SQL Server version 1.10. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
