The PRD Developer’s Kit for Microsoft Word version 5.50 is available by referral from the Word PRD Liaison.
This kit contains a detailed description of the MakePRD text file format, the MAKEDAT utility, the Custom Characters document (previously the “Creating Custom Characters” appnote), the binary PRD file specifications, and information on writing graphics devices.
Requests for this kit should only be forwarded for customers who are serious developers. All requests are subject to approval by the PRD Liaison and/or Program Manager.
