SUMMARY
If you install Microsoft Project for Windows on a Syquest 555 removeable hard drive, the error message “Path Not Found” will appear on your screen and installation will be aborted.
MORE INFORMATION
According to Syquest, the driver needed to run the hardware, SQY555.SYS, is not compatible with all Windows 3.00 applications, including Microsoft Project for Windows.
Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
WORKAROUND
Install the program on the local, nonremoveable hard drive.
