Summary:
The Help Index in Microsoft Works version 1.05 incorrectly states that the Edit Field Value command is available in both the database and the report. It is only available in the report. The manual does correctly state this.
To recreate this problem, go to Window Help Index, press F to move to the Fs in the Index, then cursor down to the Field Value Command. Behind this command it lists DB,RP. This is not correct.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Works version 1.05. This problem does not occur in Works version 2.00 because Edit Field Value is not used in this version. The Edit Insert Field Contents command in version 2.00 performs the same function as the Edit Field Value command in version 1.05.
