SYMPTOMS When a Windows application calls StretchBlt to move an image from one memory device context to another memory device context on a machine that has the V7VGA display driver installed, the application will experience an unrecoverable application error (UAE).
STATUS Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows version 3.0. This problem was corrected in Windows version 3.1.
