Summary:

Muller Media Conversions, Inc., specializes in providing solutions to corporate document- and data-transfer problems for many nonstandard formats not supported by the more mainstream file-conversion products, such as MasterSoft Corporation’s Windows Word for Word. By using Muller’s own bureau service or the appropriate components from its “Fast n’ Easy” suite of professional conversion programs, file formats can be converted between a variety of mainframe- and minicomputer-based editors, typesetters, word processors, and nonstandard or proprietary sources and Microsoft’s Word for Windows, Word for the Macintosh, or Word for MS-DOS products. Muller will offer additional programming for unique conversion situations. Specifically regarding WANG conversions, Muller advertises the ability to convert from virtually any removable medium originating from a WANG VS or OIS system to Microsoft Word. In addition, Muller can provide conversion systems that will handle conversion from 9-track (reel) tape, PMM (WUBU) tape, 5.25-inch or 3.5-inch disks, and .25-inch tape cartridges. The following is an overview of Muller’s “Fast n’ Easy” suite of conversion programs that support conversion to the Microsoft Word family of products through rich-text format (RTF). This listing is current as of March 1, 1993.
