SUMMARY
When you select the Print Preview “Print specific pages” feature, consecutive pages (beginning with the page containing the cursor in the main document) will be displayed rather than just the requested pages. Although Works displays consecutive pages, only the appropriate pages will actually print.
MORE INFORMATION
The Print Preview option is designed to give a representation of how each page of a document will look when printed. The “Print specific pages” feature was added so that you can print a document without exiting the Print Preview screen.
