Summary:
When installing the Microsoft Excel update 2.1c or later in the same directory as Windows, the file SETUP.EXE for Windows is written over. Consequently, the Windows Setup icon will not function correctly.
To resolve this problem, copy the SETUP.EXE file from the Windows Disk 1 into the directory in which Windows and Excel are located.
