Summary: If a table in Microsoft Word for Windows contains several field codes, selecting the entire table and pressing F9 (or using “UpdateFields” in a macro) does not update all the fields. To simultaneously update all the fields in a table, select the whole table and the line before or the line after the table. Press the F9 key or use “UpdateFields” in a macro to update the fields.
