SUMMARY

Listed below are some memory boards/drivers that are within the specifications of the LIM 4.0 EMS (Lotus-Intel-Microsoft version 4.0 Expanded Memory Specification) standard for MS-DOS. One list below is for 80386 computers, and the other list is for 80286 computers.

This information is useful for owners of Microsoft Basic Professional Development System (PDS) version 7.0 or 7.1 for MS-DOS. The following features in Basic PDS 7.0 and 7.1 can take advantage of LIM 4.0 EMS expanded memory: ISAM file-handling, the QBX.EXE environment, and certain overlaid .EXE programs.
