The information in this article applies to:
SUMMARYIn Microsoft Word, you can merge graphics from a data document into a print merge document in the same manner as a regular text field. Graphics should be placed in the record, separated by commas or tabs as usual. For example, suppose you have a list of companies and logos. A possible setup for the data document is as follows: company,logo ABC Company,(some graphic pasted here) DEF Company,(some graphic pasted here) By referencing the logo field <<logo>> in the main document, the main document will merge the graphic. For additional information on Print Merge, see pages 69-90 in the "Reference to Microsoft Word." |
