Summary:
To import Microsoft PowerPoint slides into Microsoft Works version 2.00, follow these steps:
- Select all or part of a slide in PowerPoint.
- From the Edit menu, choose Copy.
- Open or activate a Works Word Processor or Spreadsheet document.
- From the Edit menu, choose Paste. The item becomes a single graphic.
To take editable text from PowerPoint into Works 2.00, follow these steps:
- Select the text box.
- Select all or part of the text.
- From the Edit menu, choose Copy.
- Open or activate a Works Word Processor or Spreadsheet document.
- From the Edit menu, choose Paste. The text will be pasted as a graphic and can be edited only in Draw mode if it is taken into a Spreadsheet document.
More Information:
When transferring information via the Clipboard, the formatting associated with the text will not be transferred.
