The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft COBOL for MS-DOS, versions 1.07, 1.1, 1.12, 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 3.0, and 3.0a - Microsoft COBOL for OS/2, versions 3.0 and 3.0a

Summary: PC-MOS and Concurrent DOS are operating systems (not developed by Microsoft) that allow multitasking. COBOL Versions 2.x, 3.0, and 3.0a have not been tested with PC-MOS or Concurrent DOS. Microsoft cannot guarantee, and does not support, programs written under or for PC-MOS or Concurrent DOS. For true multitasking, we recommend using the MS OS/2 operating system and Microsoft COBOL Version 3.0 or 3.0a. For a multiple-user system, you can connect multiple computers with the Microsoft OS/2 LAN Manager Network.
