Saving ASCII Text Files with Carriage Returns

SUMMARY
To save a file in ASCII text format with a carriage return at the end of each line, choose one of the following methods:
- Select Text-only-with-line-breaks in the “format:” field when issuing the Transfer Save command.
- Choose PLAIN.PRD in the “printer:” field of the Print Options command and print to a file.
- Don’t select a printer in the Print Options “printer:” field (this has the same effect as selecting PLAIN.PRD). Then, print to a file.
