Summary:
If there are no tasks entered in a project, you will not receive an alert if the Scheduled Start Date of the project is set to a date later than the Scheduled Finish Date. If a task is then entered, the Scheduled Start Date is set to be equal to the start date of the task and the Scheduled Finish Date will be set to the end of the task.
