SUMMARY

There are two methods to obtain a vertical line between two columns:

  1. The Vertical Tab Method:

    1. Repaginate the document, then highlight the first column.

    2. Choose Format Tab Set. For position, insert the tab at the right- margin position or right indent; from the “alignment:” field, select Vertical.

  2. The Format Border Line Method:

    1. Repaginate the document, then highlight the first column.

    2. Choose Format Border. From the “type:” field, select Line. In the “line style:” field, choose Normal and set the “right:” field to Yes.
