Summary:
To insert a comma between two fields in a Microsoft File record (for example, the city field and state field), do the following:
- Open the Mailing Label Form.
- From the Form menu, deselect List Helper.
- Separate the city and the state fields slightly.
- Click the cursor between the two fields and type a comma.
This procedure creates a text label that contains a comma. To resize the label (the comma), drag the right side of the label to the left.
For more information about creating text labels in Microsoft File, see pages 116-117 in the "Microsoft File for the Apple Macintosh" manual.
