Summary:
Section 3.2 (Page 55) of the “Microsoft Macro Assembler Manual” states that the TITLE directive is used to begin each page of the listing. This feature has not been implemented. The title will be ignored.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Version 5.00. This problem was corrected in Version 5.10.
