SUMMARY
Use the following procedure to print only the footnotes in a Word document:
Word version 5.5, 6.0
- Go to the beginning of the footnote text.
- Press the F8 to turn on Extend.
- Highlight the footnotes.
- From the File menu, choose Print (ALT, F, P), select Page Range (ALT+A), and choose Selection from the drop down list box.
- Press the ENTER key to print.
Word version 5.0 and prior
- Go to the beginning of the footnote text.
- Press F6 to turn on Extend.
- Highlight the footnotes.
- In the Print Options “range:” field, choose Selection and press ENTER.
- Choose Print Printer.
