SYMPTOMS
If you use Microsoft Outlook 2002 Service Pack 2 (SP2) on an Exchange 2000 server to send messages, those messages may remain in your Outbox. This problem may occur if the In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original message check box is selected.
To select the In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original message check box, click Options on the Tools menu, and then click E-mail Options on the Preferences tab. Click Advanced E-mail Options, and then click to select the In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original message check box.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because of a problem in the Exchange 2000 information store. This problem was exposed by a change in Outlook 2002 Service Pack (SP1).
