SYMPTOMS
When you view the properties of a network folder on a Microsoft Windows XP-based computer, the Size and the Size on disk settings may be different from the Size and the Size on disk settings that are displayed for the same network folder on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer. For example, these size settings may be displayed as 102 megabytes (MB) on a Windows XP-based computer. However, the size settings for the same network folder are displayed as 82 MB on a Windows 2000-based computer.
Note The Size and the Size on disk settings are displayed on the General tab in the network folder properties dialog box.
