SYMPTOMS
- When you use a Schlumberger brand SmardCard with Windows CE .NET Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) client, you cannot complete the SmartCard logon to a computer running Windows Terminal Services.
- When you log on to a computer running Windows Server or Windows XP Remote Desktop, and Serial Port Redirection is turned on, the local Serial ports appear in the Server applications, but they do not function.
RESOLUTION
