SYMPTOMS
When you try to save an attached file that is in the body of a message by using the Save Target As command in Microsoft Outlook Web Access, the name of the attached file is saved in the UTF-8 character set, and the name of the attached file may be corrupted. This problem occurs when you use Outlook Web Access to connect to Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Service Pack 2 or Exchange 2000 Server Service Pack 3.
